Weighing system with extreme precision under optimum conditions to handle bulk solids, floodable, hot and difficult materials with the entire system is weighed and no errors from belt tensioning and tracking. Panatronik provide the ideal custom designing, engineering, and manufacturing of loss in weight feeder weighing system to increase the performance and productivity with high accuracy. Configuration, communication to PLC, data collection and report available via Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, PROFIBUS DP, PROFINET IO, Ethernet IP, Ethernet TCP/IP, ASCII, EtherCAT, in addition to a wide assortment of digital and analogue exchanges.

- Connects to a beltweigher structure with one load receptor with one or several analog load cells. The weighing terminal is suitable for harsh environment weighing locations
- Operates as stand-alone unit or in combination with a PLC or SCADA system
- Provides a configurable interface for a pulse wheel (frequency range 2–8,000 Hz, min. 30 pulses/m) to measure the belt speed.
- Has three counters, e.g. for captured quantity, shift total and total quantity
- Ability to display, during operation, I/O status, the current weight, current speed, the pulse encoder and the correction factor set
- Can be connected with PC / PLC using comunication protocols ASCII, Modbus-RTU, Profibus and Profinet IO (optional)



Weighing Platform for Conveyor Belts consists of Single Idler Weighing Station with two load cell, Single Idler Weighing Station with four load cell up to Dual Idler with four load cell. These Weighing Stations are custom designed and produced to fit the spesific belt structure. This characteristic helps reduce the installation time, reduces modifications on the belt on site and guaranties the most favorable outcome in terms of accuracy and reliability. Panatronik belt scales feature a heavy duty structure on which install the existing troughing set of rollers (modified according to our drawings), a junction box and a speed-detecting encoder. Load cells with high overload factor for accidental load protection (available also, as an option, stainless steel load cells)
